MINISTRIES

Benevolence Ministry
This ministry focuses on offering services to those in need in the church and community. Through the benevolence ministry the congregation offers a clothes closet and a food pantry. We are currently setting up services that will help families receiving assistance to become self sufficient through a budgeting and debt counseling program.

Building & Grounds Ministry
This ministry focuses on the beautification of the facility and grounds. This ministry will supply the inside and out décor of the facility and grounds.

Education Ministry
This ministry focuses on educating the congregation spiritually. The education ministry offers workshops, bible classes, and personal improvement seminars to aid members in becoming hard fighting soldiers for the cause of Christ.

Evangelism Ministry
This ministry focuses on spreading the gospel to the world as well as continuing to teach those who have obeyed. The evangelism ministry offers in-home bible studies, door knocking campaigns, correspondence courses, mass mailings and a number of spiritual growth classes.

Finance Ministry
This ministry focuses on the financial welfare of the congregation. This committee is responsible for helping to formulate a working budget for all ministries. This ministry is also responsible for maintaining accurate financial records on the behalf of the congregation.

Hospitality Ministry
This ministry focuses on creating a warm, loving and comfortable atmosphere for those who visit the congregation. The members of this ministry also plays a part in offering guest the opportunity to learn more about God’s word by offering them an in home study or correspondence course.

Media Ministry
This ministry focuses on producing various media formats (PowerPoint Presentation, CDs and DVDs, etc) for the purpose of teaching both members and non-members the gospel.

Outreach Ministry
This ministry focuses on providing the physical and spiritual needs of the community. We offer tutoring and mentoring programs for the youth, a clothes closet and food pantry. We are currently in the process of erecting a facility that will house a childcare services, career development classes, and alcohol and anger management classes.

Singles Ministry
This ministry focuses on providing singles (never-been married, widowed or divorced) with spiritual guidance and avenues of fellowship with other singles in the congregation and various congregations.

Transportation Ministry
This ministry focuses on providing transportation to members of the congregation and community, which may need a ride to church or other planned functions. This ministry is also responsible for the maintenance of the church vehicles.

Women Ministry
This ministry focuses on the spiritual growth and physical bond of the women involved in the congregation. This ministry also provides avenues of fellowship for church members as well as fellowshipping with various area congregations.

Worship Ministry
This ministry focus is to provide the congregation with a full understanding of how we as Christians should worship God in spirit and truth. This ministry also teaches men to be leaders and on how to conduct worship service in a reverent manner.

Youth Ministry
This ministry focuses on giving youth an alternative to worldly activities by providing spiritual activities and programs for them to become involved in the work of the church.
